Isotope High Density: Ultra High Performance and Structural Armor

The İzotüp Closed Cell system is one of the most efficient thermal insulation materials in the world. Thanks to its dense and hardening structure, it integrates with the applied surface, increases the building's resistance, and creates an impenetrable air barrier.

It is designed to maintain indoor temperature even in the most challenging climatic conditions.

Why Should You Choose High Density?

  • Superior Thermal Resistance (R-6.2): Provides maximum energy savings even with a very thin application, completely stopping heat loss.
  • Moisture and Water Barrier: Thanks to its closed-cell structure, it never absorbs water. Provides complete protection against dampness, humidity, and corrosion.
  • Minimum Space Loss: Due to its high insulation power, it performs more with less thickness, without shrinking your living spaces.
  • Structural Reinforcement: When hardened, it acts as a shell, making the applied roof or wall physically more durable.

Isotope Low Density: Acoustic Comfort and Maximum Efficiency

The İzotüp Open-Cell system focuses on indoor air quality and comfort. With its high expansion capacity, it reaches even the narrowest gaps, providing perfect airtightness.

Why Low Density?

  • High Thermal Insulation (R-3.7): Minimizes energy losses, increasing efficiency.
  • Excellent Sound Acoustics: Prevents noise transfer between rooms, offering a quiet living space.
  • Breathable Structure: Maintains indoor humidity balance, ensuring a healthier atmosphere.
  • Economical and Flexible: Fills every application point completely, providing a waste-free and full-performance solution.

Isotope Injection: The Complete Filling Solution for Invisible Voids

The Isotope Injection (Slow Rise) system is specially formulated for insulating existing structures without demolition or damage to the exterior facade. Its slow-rising nature allows it to seep into even the narrowest gaps, reaching the furthest points to create a perfect insulation layer.

Why Choose the Injection System?

  • Slow Reaction: The mixture does not swell instantly upon application; it first flows as a liquid into the lowest and deepest parts of the void, then expands in a controlled manner, sealing every opening.
  • Non-Destructive Application: Applied by drilling only small holes, without the need to break existing walls. Ideal for restoration and renovation projects.

  • For best yield, ensure tubes are at room temperature.

  • Start safely by putting on your protective suit, gloves, and mask.

  • Push the mixing tip onto the gun until you hear a "click" and it locks into place.

  • Practice in a small area to adjust your spray rate, then begin insulating.

Ready in 3 Steps

Prepare: Clean the surface and bring cartridges to room temperature.

Attach: Securely fasten hoses to cartridges A and B.

Spray: Use the gun to spray the surface without leaving gaps.

Forget Conventional Insulation

R-Value is a material's power to keep heat in. The higher this number, the warmer your home will stay in winter, the cooler in summer, and the lower your bill will be!

Why Should I Use Spray Foam?

Traditional insulation materials allow air to escape. İzotüp, on the other hand, wraps your home like a thermos.

  • Halve the Bills

Keeps the cold out in winter and the heat out in summer. Thanks to its airtight design, you will immediately see a decrease in your energy costs.

  • No Labor Cost

It is not weak like standard market foams; it works with 2-component pressurized cans. But it is just as easy. Simply attach the hose like plugging in and squeeze.

  • Dries in Seconds

The moment you spray it, it expands on the surface and dries within seconds, forming a rock-hard (or spongy for sound insulation) shield.
